To me, photography is the art of finding that special image from a world of shapes, forms, textures, colors, and lighting. My photographs are intended to leave an impression. I try to capture the extraordinary in the ordinary, a second in time to show beauty that was not so apparent at first glance. Sometimes I deliberately add effects the wrong way but with purpose, to create something more than just a snapshot. I get a great deal of joy from capturing an image. Photography allows me to share that enjoyment with you.
I am continually striving to achieve something better than yesterday.... and I take my time and try to get the shot, whatever that is.
